The song "Change" by Taylor Swift is about how you're at the bottom and it keeps happening again (at least this verse is about that) "And it's a sad picture, the final blow hits you Somebody else gets what you wanted again You know it's all the same, another time and place Repeating history and you're getting sick of it". This song relates to my life because when I was in third grade I wanted to win an award called "Best Short Story Writer" but then I didn't win it at the award show for students (I was a nominee). The same student also won it again in forth grade. That's like the line "Somebody gets what you wanted again". I did get sick of losing though so I won it in fifth grade (different school).
